NI-DT2 is a current generator – transducer generally used for valves operation that provides an output ± 200 mAdc proportional to the input signal which can be voltage or current (e.g. ± 5mA – ± 20mA – ± 1V – ± 5V – ± 5V etc. ). The NI-DT2 transducer is used in many types of systems and applications, it’s able to guarantee high insulation (2kV) between the auxiliary power supply and measurements with acquisition times <250 msec, high precision class (0, 5% or 0.2%) and load resistance from 60 Ohm to 10 kOhm. It also has a digital contact which, if closed, instantly brings the output to 180mA.
