E101A is a DIN rail network analyzer suitable for single-phase connection with 10A current input. However, it’s possible to set CT and VT ratios at will for higher currents and voltages. It’s equipped with two digital outputs that can be used as alarm or pulse outputs (for energy), a RS485 Modus RTU serial output that allows remote monitoring of all measurement and configuration parameters. Its small size allows to use this devices even in switchboards with limited space. E101A is the ideal instrument for monitoring all the electrical parameters of a single-phase line (voltages, currents, frequency, active – reactive – apparent powers, energies, phase angle, etc.) and provides the RMS measurements as well as the fundamental measurements ( in accordance with IEEE 1459-10). The analogue outputs allows to send, via process signals (0 … 20mA – 4..20A – 0 … 5mA – 0 … 10V etc), the value of the measurement made by the analyzer to acquisition systems such as PLC or other instruments. It’s also equipped with an SD memory card for datalogger. The module can be configure via DIP SWITCH, via the RS485 serial interface or via smartphone (using the E-WSET accessory module). All the products in the ESAM E10X automation modules line support the TBUS connection which allows multiple devices to be connected by adding functionality to the module itself (e.g. by introducing a module for universal I / O management: E101U), reducing wiring and guarantees control of all devices connected to the bus by a single module.
