E104TC-2i is a DIN rail I / O module for thermocouple inputs suitable for acquiring 4 probes type: J – K – R – S – T – B – E – N (type of programmable thermocouple). It is used in all those systems, automations or applications where the signal from temperature sensors (thermocouples) must be isolated, suitably scaled or simply acquired. It is equipped with two digital outputs that can be used as alarm outputs, a RS485 Modus RTU serial interface which allow remote monitoring of all measurement and configuration parameters. Its small size allows this device to be used even in switchboards with limited space. E104TC-2i is the ideal tool for acquiring the signals from four temperature probes and returning them to acquisition devices such as PLC, HMI, industrial PCs or displays (e.g. ID5001, SID8MP, ID33001 etc.) while maintaining high precision and resolution thanks to the two analog outputs and to the on board data interfaces. It is also equipped with an SD memory card capable of containing the data acquired by the instrument to allow a datalogger. The module can be programmed via DIP SWITCH, via the RS485 serial interface or via smartphone (using the E-WSET accessory). All the products in the ESAM E10X automation modules series support the TBUS connection which allows multiple devices to be connected by adding functionality to the module itself (e.g. by introducing a module for universal I / O management: E101U), allows you to reduce wiring and guarantees control of all devices connected to the bus by a single module.
