E104TC-E is a DIN rail I/O module for thermocouple inputs suitable for isolating and acquiring 4 probes type: J – K – R – S – T – B – E – N(type of probe settable). It is used in all those systems, automations or applications where the signal from temperature sensors (thermocouple) must be isolated, suitably scaled or simply acquired. It’s equipped with two digital outputs that can be used as alarm outputs, RS485 Modus RTU serial output and an Ethernet output with ModBus TCP/IP protocol that allows remote monitoring of all measurement and configuration parameters. Its small size allows this device to be used even in panel with limited space. E104TC s the ideal tool for acquiring the signals from temperature probes and returning them to acquisition devices such as PLC, HMI, industrial PC or to digital indactors (ex. ID5001, SID8MP, ID33001 etc) with high precision and resolution thanks to the analog output on board. It’s also equipped with an SD memory card capable of containing the data acquired by the instrument. The module can be programmed via DIP SWITCH, via RS485 serial interface or via smartphone (using the E-WSET accessory module). All the products of the ESAM E10X automation modules line support the TBUS connection that allows multiple devices to be connected by adding functionality to the module itself (ex. by introducing a module for universal I / O management: E101U), it allows to reduce wiring and guarantees control of all devices connected to the bus by a single module.
